back to picture diary
Now I am not doing any work

we are sitting side-by-side with sis'

stretching our backs,

lighting the cake.

It cannot be better with father,

youth will grow with age,

age will grow with youth.

Light-streaks bring the afternoon

a tree shades our house,

cherry blossoms and a horse takes the draught

summer sun passes the petals

brothers laugh together

and we drink for one of them

music is a word of dance.

Animals understand the world

now like this,

being together is just simply good,

being is simply good,

looking is simply good,

simply being and dancing

and not growing into a cobwebbed statue.

Under the sky

we happen to listen to this

simple truth,

simple knowing,

simple beauty.
Now I am not doing any work
